My name is Anupama Sridhar, I am the daughter of Mr. Sridhar Sethuraman and Mrs. Lakshmi Sridhar. I will be attending Woodbridge High this fall. I am intersted in both dance and music. In my free time I love to read, dance, sing, and take photographs. I enjoy nature, and love animals. I also like to collect rocks, a hobby that I took up in the first grade. Since then, my dream has been to become a geologist, like my grandfather, Dr. Panchapakesan Vembu.
When I was small, I was given the role of a bharatnatyam dancer. My passion for dance actually started after I saw the dance costume!!!!! Even after several years, I never quit dance, though I moved two times from India to Japan, and Japan to America. I will be doing my arangetram. I hope that all of you will be able to come and watch me perform. This is an important landmark in my life and I hope all of you will be there to celebrate it with me.
